[cups.general] Someone Know The Error 127

I compile the cups 1.4svn and recied the error in compilation the

conf.c: In function 'read_configuration':
conf.c:3257: error: 'SSLOptions' undeclared (first use in this function)
conf.c:3257: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
conf.c:3257: error: for each function it appears in.)
make[1]: *** [conf.o] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 1

and because of this i cant start my server cups i recied this error when i
go to start the cups

thiagobraga_pre:/home/fabio/Desktop/cups-1.4svn-r7995 # /etc/init.d/cups
start
cupsd: Child exited with status 127!
cups: unable to start scheduler.

someone can help me?
