It is very comfortable to access it via the mailing list, I find:
http://lists.easysw.com/mailman/listinfo

It is then dead simple to view threads in your favourite MUA, and
format replies in your favourite editor.

Having briefly used a web-type forum once, when I thought there was no
alternative, I understand your discomfort and irritation.
