[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #2964: pstops does not detect option setting in the Setup section

When printing the attached file, pstops does not recognize that the file
already contains a setting for Duplex in the Setup section. Therefore, it
inserts the default setting (Duplex=None in this case) at a later point in
the Setup section, effectively overwriting the previous option setting.

The file contains some Windows line endings, maybe that is the cause of
the problem.

It can be reproduced by calling

cupsfilter -p Color_LaserJet_3600.ppd -m application/vnd.cups-postscript
test-print2.ps
