You'll also see some changes in current 1.3.x and trunk that attempts
to do a better job of supporting embedded setpagedevice commands in
the document setup section - basically we now write the defaults, then
the commands in the file, and then the IncludeFeature commands with
any other commands required by the OrderDependency values from the
PPD file.
