Dupe of STR #2857.  Basically, the socket backend is waiting for any
remaining back-channel data to be sent by the printer at the end of the
job.

Will not be "fixed" until CUPS 1.5 at the earliest. CUPS 1.3.9 includes a
change that minimizes the wait time.
