Are the clients all printing directly to the printer, or are they
routed through your CUPS server?

If they are printing through the CUPS server, are you using local
drivers (PPD files) or are you using CUPS browsing to auto-discover
the shared printers?

Are the XP clients using their own vendor printer drivers?
