With Tea4CUPS several job attributes will be made available to your
own scripts through environment variables, but not all IPP attributes
are currently exported.

If you know Python you may want to give a look at pkipplib available
from http://www.pykota.com/software/ and which is a pure python IPP
and CUPS API, allowing you to retrieve any IPP attribute.
