[cups.general] "jasmine: Couldn't lauch the real backend; Return code: 8"

Someone know this problem????

Every week i receive this error from my server...the just can print again
just when i change the ip the printer.......
somethings important:
- from windows without cups print no problem

 people i really need this help.....
