[cups.general] Correcting numerical/string option to Duplex=None?

No, Foomatic is removing it, because Foomatic is not compatible with
this configuration (which is why I never recommend Foomatic-based
drivers...)

You may be able to get more help over on linuxprinting.org for this,
as that is where foomatic lives...
