Filter out specific file types.

I am trying to figure out the mime.types file in /etc/cups/ and I'm wondering if there is a way to filter out microsoft word docs while enabling all the other default documents. I am sending to a Brother 7020 and Phaser 8560N and two Epson Pro 4800 printers through a cups server in a mac lab. I want to disable printing from microsoft word as too many students are sending their essays through the wrong printers. It's a fine-art print-lab that. Students need to be sending images/pdf only.

Is there any way to do this?
