Cups Version Update or upgrade?

First of all, is that cover page created from SAP or CUPS?
Please have a look at SAP.

If the cover is created by cups and you are using the connectiontyp U with lpd you have to configure the cups-lpd to disable the cover pages http://www.cups.org/doc-1.4/man-cups-lpd.html
