[cups.general] SNMP printer detection

The snmp backend currently does not consult private MIBs, just the  
Host, Printer, and Port Monitor MIBs.

If you'd like to see support for this added in a future release, file  
a feature request with your requirements/suggestions at:

     http://www.cups.org/str.php
