No, we also use the ppmPrinterIEEE1284DeviceId OID
(1.3.6.1.4.1.2699.1.2.1.1.2.1.1.3)

We do try to filter out identifying information (MAC address, etc.)

No, and SNMP model detection is not used.  Bonjour is the protocol
that you need to support on the Mac.
