Driver for Brother HL2040 Laser printer

I am trying to find my way around Puppy Linux! I recently installed it and it is a really great OS!

However, I am totally new to the Linux Environment and its unique jargon. I would really appreciate it if some of the seasoned Puppy owners can point me to where I can get a Unix-to-Windows or Unix-to-English dictionary or a translation list.

But right now, I am trying to install my Brother HL2040 laser printer to work with Puppy! It is connected to my computer by a USB cable. I will probably need a driver and some clear instructions on how to set it up. My efforts to get it from Brother have not been successful.

For people like me who are totally fed up with Windows and want to migrate to the Linux world, there should be help available. I am pretty sure there is, but I don't know where to look for it.
