[cups.general] Cups does not write a page_log file at all

For this value 'PreserveJobHistory On', we have it set to yes.

We do not have the value 'AccessLogLevel actions' at all.

Hello,

I'm trying to set my cups server so that I'm able to gererate some
printing statistics in the future.
I'd like to have a report of how many pages each user has printed.

I added the lines bellow to my conf file, but no page_log file is created:

PreserveJobHistory On
PreserveJobFiles Yes
AccessLogLevel actions
PageLog /var/log/cups/page_log

Also changed LogLevel to debug, but it didn't help.

What should I do to have cups logging every printed job?
