BrowseRemoteProtocols ignored

The Bonjour printers are not discovered via CUPS, but directly from
the app/print dialog.  The only way to turn them off is to change the
BrowseLocalProtocols on the server to not include dnssd (or "none" if
you don't want to advertise printers at all...)
