[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3158: Order of filters in .types rules not clearly specified

Documentation for the mime rules specifies an "ascending order" for filter
precedence. This is located in mime.types (etc/cups/mime.types):

"Multiple occurrences of a type will cause the provided rules to be
appended to the existing definition.  Type names are sorted in ascending
order, so if two types use the same rules to resolve a type (e.g. doc
extension for two types), the returned type will be the first type in the
sorted list."

   This referres to the alphabetically ascending order. However, the fact
that the order is alphabetical is not indicated. The reference should
leave no assumption. A change, "Type names are sorted in alphabetically
ascending order, ..." would be clearer.
