Controlling Zeroconf/Bonjour advertising of CUPS IPP shares?

The BrowseLocalProtocols directive controls which protocols are used
for sharing.  Doing:

     cupsctl BrowseLocalProtocols=cups

will limit sharing to CUPS browsing.
