[cups.general] margins or page size ignored when using cpi?

Could be the Red Hat replacement text filter - verify that you don't  
have a texttopaps (I think that's the name) filter in /usr/lib/cups/ 
filter.  If you do, make sure to comment out the mime.convs line  
specifying its use and uncomment the line for texttops.
