Customize the template files in /usr/share/cups/banners/

Some basic PostScript knowledge helps a lot.

Therein stuff like
   {printer-name}
   {job-id}
   {job-name}
   {job-originating-user-name}
   {?job-billing}
gets replaced by the actual values of the current job.
