Prints grey background

I am running CUPS 1.3.3 and Fedora 8. Recently all my printed output has had a light background (That is, instead of plain white paper, there is small dots). I get this with both ascii text and .ps documents. If I lpr the text using -o raw; it comes out clean. I created a simple .ps document and using foomatic-rip to print; it comes out clean.

Any ideas where I should be looking?
