[cups.general] lpadmin: Bad device-uri

hrmm, problem is I'm not adding a '#'.  And I get the same error when I 
add 2 or 3 slashes.

# /usr/sbin/lpadmin -p aPDFprinter -v pdf:/tmp# /usr/sbin/lpadmin -p 
aPDFprinter -v pdf://tmp
lpadmin: Bad device-uri "pdf:/tmp#"!
# /usr/sbin/lpadmin -p aPDFprinter -v pdf:/tmp# /usr/sbin/lpadmin -p 
aPDFprinter -v pdf:///tmp
lpadmin: Bad device-uri "pdf:/tmp#"!
