[cups.general] CUPS looking for "hpcups" in wrong directory

I'm using an old distro openSUSE 10.3, so I won't worry about it. I'm
just happy I got it resolved. I'm sure the newer version's have this
resolved. Maybe it's time for me to udpate ;-)
