[cups.bugs] [MOD] STR #3275: Windows CUPS drivers don't collate

I'm printing with the CUPS Windows driver to a linux (ubuntu 8.04) server
running samba and cups, that uses the  HP LaserJet 5100 Foomatic/hpijs,
hpijs 2.8.2 driver. Collating just doesn't work - trying to print two
collated copies of pages 1-3, the pages are printed 1,1,2,2,3,3.
