[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #3291: AuthInfoRequired username, password never asks for password

After updating /etc/cups/printers.conf by adding AuthInfoRequired
username,password to my default printer (virtual PDF printer locally) and
then restarting CUPS. I can still print with lpr without it asking for any
password.

The cupsGetOption API for "auth-info-required" returns "username,password"
so authentication should be required.
