[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #3309: remote.cache causes Cocoa applications to crash

Mac users report that sometime during their login session, applications
crash when clicking on the Print button from within the Print dialog
window. The job prints successfully. Printing from the command-line via
lpr works fine. I found that I am able to resolve the problem by issuing
"rm /var/spool/cups/cache/remote.cache && killall -9 cupsd".

Mac OS X 10.5.8, i386 and powerpc
