[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #3310: Setting paper size to manual makes bad printout

The option to set the page size manually (Letter size, A4, Legal etc.)
makes for messy printout. The dimensions and font kerning are all wrong.
Setting the paper size to a fixed option gives no seen errors.
