[cups.general] No http print jobs printing from XP

I would love to try that solution, but my machine decided to roll over 
and play "hardware dead" :(

Once I get new hardware, I will give that advice a shot.

> The Windows system appears to be sending raw print data, which might not be usable for the OfficeJet - try using a driver served up by the CUPS server so that HPLIP does the printing on your CUPS server.
