Fixed in Subversion repository.

OK, attached is the "right" patch; basically, ppdFirstOption/ppdNextOption
wasn't working after ppdMarkOption was called, so I had to add a bunch of
save/restore pairs to the corresponding functions.  Now that we actually
loop through all of the options the user can fix the constraint.
