Do you have ESP Ghostscript installed?

Getting an error message when I try to print a test page on a locally attached USB printer.  "Do you have ESP Ghostscript installed?".

I do have Ghostscript installed and it is in the environment path.  What file exactly is it looking for and where?

As much information as I could gathered is listed below.
