lpq show the printer is NOT ready, how to fix this problem?

I have configured printers.conf

/home/admin # ps |grep cupsd

But when I query the printer, it says not ready, why? how can I fix this problem.
/usr/etc/cups # lpq
printer is not ready
no entries
/usr/etc/cups # ping 192.168.58.145
