Hello,

as an operating system I use a Debian etch 4.0 kernel 2.6.18) as well as the CUPS printing system 1.4. A few weeks ago I now have two USB printers (HP LaserJet) by Printbox (Digitus DN 13007) in my network. The printer can also be used on cups via http / ipp easily addressed. After printing the CUPS printing retains the print jobs, however, in its queue on the local computer and delete this mission successfully, despite pressure not. As a result, Cups

1. further orders blocked because the first order still exists and is supposedly waiting for his execution.
2. this supposedly waiting for a job, either printed or waiting time again but the printer is stopped and
3. during a subsequent startup of the computer the print job again.

The above problems can only be realized through a delete the print job is finished by hand to solve. If the printer directly to the USB port of the computer operated deletes Cups completed print jobs properly. Windows machines in my network do not have similar problems.
Thanks in advance.
