DL sized document prints as though it is meantto be A4.

I am using Cups version 1.3.9.  The O/S Distribution being used is 'Arch Linux' with kernel 2.6.28-ARCH.

I did try "fitplot" but only quickly so I will give this another go and ensure I am using it correctly.

The output of the lpoptions command is shown below... it would appear that size DL is a valid size.  Equally, looking at the ppd file for the printer I find the following line:
"*PageSize DL/DL Env.: "<</Policies <</PageSize 7>> /.HWMargins [12.5 12.5 12.5 12.5] /PageSize [312 624] /ImagingBBox null>> setpagedev$" thus I believe the DL size has been defined correctly, in the ppd file at least, as 312points by 624points is the same as 110mm x 220mm.
