Problems with printing russian letter from PostScript file

Hello!

I have a PostScript file with small and big russian letters (font Times New Roman).
When I try to print through CUPS this file in Ubuntu 8.10 64bit, I get the list without big letters.
When I try to print the same file in Ubuntu 7.10 64bit, all is right.

If I try to print through cups-pdf, I also get a pdf-file without big letters.

P.S. PS-file was created by OpenOffice Writer 3.0.1.
