[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3095: "Select Another Make/Manufacturer" button does not work.

I think "Select Another Make/Manufacturer" button moves to a page to select
Make/Manufacturer.
But the button adds (or modifies) printer with selected on the list when
that is clicked.
