[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3058: Some web interface links seem hardcoded to 127.0.0.1

I configured cups to allow connections from the local network. This also
applies to the web interface. Most links work, because they are local.
Some links are hardcoded to 127.0.0.1. E.g. on the "printers" tab, all
printer-specific buttons link to

http://127.0.0.1:631/admin/...

while the top bottoms (tabs and search/clear/sort) link to

http://192.168.1.2:631/...

Request: just make links local, e.g.

/admin/...
