[cups.bugs] [LOW] STR #3080: Duplex does not print all on top of odd page with pdf or ps

With acroread-8.1.2-1.10 or some postscript files for example ones created
with dvips 5.95a do not print correctly with duplex on
OfficeJet-Pro-L7680-USB although they perfectly work with no-duplex.
With other application software (like openoffice) apparently the problem
has not occured.

The problem is at the top margin of the 1st page: about 14mm are not
printed (even cutting lines in the middle).  With no duplex the text is
9mm from the top side and printed.  The position of printed text is
identical in no-duplex and duplex.  Obviously some mm are missing when
using duplex.

My system:
SuSE-Linux 10.1 (cups-1.1.23-40.44)

What to do to clarify the reason and to remove the cause?
