[cups.general] Cups Interface does not list print Jobs

There is a bug in the version of CUPS shipped with 10.5.7.  The web
interface is passing in an invalid printer-uri to get the list of
jobs, so the jobs page can't get the list of jobs and thus is an empty
page.

Look at the printers page and you'll see the jobs for that printer.
