Password required?

I just installed CUPS 1.4rc1 on NetBSD 4.0.1.  Now I am unable to print as a regular user without entering my password.  Entering my username in the "Set Allowed Users" field doesn't seem to have an effect either.

Is this behavior intentional?  How can I get CUPS without prompting local users for a password?
