[cups.bugs] [HIGH] STR #3252: CUPS web GUI not functional via Konqueror

Problem:
Using Cups 1.4b3, trying to Add Printer via web GUI on Konqueror Version
4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3), the pop-up window requesting authentication never
appears.

Actual Results:
Cannot add printer.

Expected Results:
Should see an authentication request so that I can authenticate and add
printer.  This functions as expected on same system running Firefox 3.5
and Arora (Qt webkit browser).
