[cups.general] Epson ELP 5700 won't print any longer

Moin,

I made an update from debian etch to lenny. I don't know how, but since then 
my Epson Laser won't print a sinlge page. An other printer (Ink Jet) work 
without a problem.

Description: Laser 600dpi
Printer Driver: Epson EPL-5700 Foomatic/ljet4
Printer State: idle, accepting jobs, published. 
Device URI: parallel:/dev/lp0

By printing a test page I get in the logfile

There is no error message, nothing. The job just disappear.

Any hint how I can get more messages? Where I may search?
