server error message afterchanging administration options

do you mind if I guess at the problem?
I have 3 days experience with CUPS...almost :)

I see your error log said:
E [10/Jun/2009:11:42:41 -0500] Bad request line "
" from localhost!

My guess: That junk looks like encoding bytes from the browser.
Can you try another browser, like firefox, and see if the
problem is the browser? To me, it looks like it is.
