Whether or not print settings are retained between consecutive prints
depends on the application's implementation. Some applications supply a
clean PMPrintSettings object for each print, while others reuse the old
settings. You cannot depend on either behavior.
If the user wants to preserve print settings they can use Presets, which
require no additional work on your part.
