[cups.general] Unable to force server name

Hello.

My cups server is accessed through a CNAME alias (cups.domain.tld), so 
as to be easily moved from one host to another without disturbing users.

However, despite using an explicite ServerName directive, cups still 
uses its physical host name:
- for shared printers queues (ipp://host.domain.tld/printers/queue)
- for https redirection in web interface (you should acces this page as 
https://host.domain.tld), whereas the certificate has been issues to 
cups.domain.tld

As I couldn't find any other place where the server refers to itself, it 
make me thinks ServerName directive is completly ignored...

I'm using cups 1.3.6 on Linux.
