Hi,
This applies to version 1.3.10 and, actually, is already fixed in trunk
(for ver 1.4).
The problem is with function get_jobs() in scheduler/ipp.c .
Patch is attached.

Also, the original change in get_jobs() breaks the functionality in `lpq'
- because it is sending "job-uri=ipp://localhost/jobs" instead of
"printer-uri=ipp://localhost/jobs"
