[cups.bugs] Can't print A3 with HP1220c

More than likely it is a bug in HPLIP (the driver), Ghostscript (the
PostScript interpreter used by the driver), or Foomatic (the
unnecessary wrapper around the driver used by Ubuntu and several
other Linux distros...)
