[cups.general] Print to FTB Server

Not out of the box.  Make sure you have an FTP client (or curl)  
installed, then write a custom backend script which does the upload.   
Then define a raw print queue using your custom backend.

I'm not finding any convenient examples of backend scripts, but http://www.cups.org/documentation.php/api-filter.html 
  describes the arguments passed to a backend, you can collect the  
data file to be printed and then submit with ftp or curl.
