Depending upon on how complex you CUPS setup is you could use  
PrinterSetup : http://www.lucidsystems.org/printingworks/printersetup

If not then having a look in the CUPS configuration file should  
provide you with various details to help you setup the the Printer on  
a new system.

In some cases you may copy the configuration files and the ppd's  
between systems.
