[cups.general] Possible problem with sharing cups1.3.7-8

I found that on my print server, RedHat running cups 1.3.7, there is  
no longer a cups-lpd sitting in /etc/xinetd.d.   This used to be a  
part of the cups programs.  If this were enabled, port 515 would be  
open for clients to connect into.

With the new cups, how does one open port 515 for the clients using  
lpd://server/queue?
