Network printer samba - no output from win-XP

That makes sense. I have set up a couple of printers under XP and none of them seem to accept the output from CUPS drivers. I have tried printing from several programs, including cad, text editor, etc. Changed over to the foomatic driver and all works well. Apparantly, the printer does not understand something about the CUPS format output.

Thanks,

David
